Jason and Jennifer Cross are the driving force behind a successful, hands-on construction and property services team built on experience, integrity, and attention to detail.

Jason Cross brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in custom home building, decks, pool houses, pole barns, and full home renovations. His extensive background allows him to manage projects from concept to completion with precision and craftsmanship. In addition to building, Jason has 10 years of experience in land clearing, providing clients with comprehensive site preparation services that ensure projects start on solid ground. His practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality are the foundation of every project he undertakes.

Jennifer Cross complements Jason’s field expertise with a strong operational and management background. She has 15 years of experience in property management, where she has successfully overseen projects, coordinated vendors, and ensured timelines and budgets are met. With 25 years of experience in customer service, payroll processing, and office management, Jennifer ensures that the business runs efficiently and that clients receive clear communication and exceptional service throughout every phase of a project.

Together, Jason and Jennifer work as a collaborative team, blending hands-on construction expertise with professional management and customer-focused support. Their combined experience allows them to deliver high-quality results while maintaining organization, transparency, and client satisfaction from start to finish
